| I'm interested in multi-modal MRI study in neurodevelopmental disorders. This will allow us to investigate white matter abnormalities in correlation with gray matter dysfunction. We acquire diffusion tensor imaging (DTI) and functional magnetic resonance imaging (fMRI) data from children with Autism and typically developing children. We plan to carry out magnetic resonance spectroscopy (MRS) and magnetization transfer ratio (MTR) imaging in near future. |
