The number of purposes will exceed the number of users (households) because respondents were allowed to list multiple uses. Also, some of the tables match "Recent Users" (those who have used the Sea in the last year) and "Not Recent Users" (those who have used the Sea since 1980 but not in the last year. Those who used the Sea before 1980 are not represented in the tables.]
