General Requirements

G.P.A. overall-Allopathic/Osteopathic - 3.0...........All others - 2.6

Must have an active file in the Preprofessional Health Advising (PPHA) Office

Responsibilities

60 hours minimum are required for the semester

10 page research report reviewing a disease or condition encountered during the internship. This is due by the first day of finals. See: Writing Papers for the PPHA Office

Written evaluation (1/2 page, single spaced) of your experience in the internship. This is due by the first day of finals.

Must be enrolled in Bio 296 ( throught the PPHA office) for one unit credit

To receive credit for internships you must receive approval from the Preprofessional Health Advising Office prior to beginning your activity. You may download the application or pick one up in the Preprofessional Health Advising Office. Applications are due May 1 for the fall semester and December 1 for the spring semester.
