The Department of Mathematics and Statistics, and the Department of Computer Science, offers the following listing of private tutors in a variety of mathematics, statistics, and computer science topics. Many of the tutors available work with students currently enrolled in SDSU courses, with students enrolled in other colleges, high schools, junior highs, elementary schools, and people looking to brush up on their skills. Tutors range in class level from undergraduates to lecturers. Several tutors also provide preparation for tests such as the ELM, Departmental Placement exams, etc. Private tutors set their own hourly wage. If you do not wish to contact a tutor by email, you may telephone the Department at (619)594-6191 and request specific tutor's telephone numbers. If a tutor indicates they are no longer offering tutoring, please notify the dept. office. |
