The Hispanic Community Health Study/Study of Latinos (HCHS/SOL) Sociocultural Ancillary Study examines associations among socioeconomic, sociocultural, and psychological risk and protective factors in the context of metabolic syndrome and cardiovascular disease. Dr. Malcarne is collaborating on analysis of the data from this ancillary study, which is led by Dr. Linda Gallo.
