Sarah Mills Recieves Inamori Fellowship

Congratulations to Sarah Mills, who recently recieved the Inamori Fellowship!

Kazuo Inamori, Founder of Kyocera Corporation, has contributed funds to SDSU that are used to provide stipends to outstanding degree-seeking graduate students. Ten Inamori Fellowships are awarded annually in open competition. The competition is quite intense, and receiving a Fellowship is considered the highest of honors that graduate students can receive.  Each selected Fellow receives a $5000 stipend and is honored as part of the Kyoto Prize activities each spring.
