WELCOME
The SDSU Institute for Public Security and Health (iPSH) provides an interdisciplinary vehicle by which the College of Health and Human Services; the College of Sciences; the Center for Global Emergency Preparedness and Response; and the Center for Homeland Security collaborate in research and teaching related to prevention, preparedness, response, and recovery for natural and man-made disasters.
MISSION
The primary mission of the iPSH is to address public security and health issues, particularly those requiring educational, scientific, technical, and analytical expertise, and translates them into immediate application and service to the community.iPSH Directors
