Stanley Maloy, Dean, College of Sciences and Professor of Microbiology has been appointed as Honorary Professor at the Universidad Andrés Bello in Santiago, Chile.
He began collaborating with scientists in Chile as an Assistant Professor in 1990. Since then, he has taught numerous advanced courses in Chile, collaborated on a variety of research projects, and hosted many Chilean scientists in his lab.
The Universidad Andrés Bello (UNAB) is a private university. Founded in 1988, UNAB is now the largest university in Chile. It is one of the premier universities in Chile with a strong focus on teaching excellence and scientific research.
