Design, develop and successfully execute mineral exploration strategies (advanced and grassroots). Manage exploration programs including permitting, contracting, management, budgets and deadlines. Develop and maintain an active partnership with the BLM relative to all permitting and compliance issues. Manage and direct team members and contractors as necessary. Direct, manage and participate in geological field work including, mapping and geophysical and geochemical testing. Responsible for the collection, analysis and management of geological data via the use of GIS software, satellite imagery and geo-data bases. Analyze data, and prepare summary reports with actionable recommendations regarding the economic evaluation of mineral resources including financial assurance calculations for new mines and new unit to existing mines.
