All attendees are requested to fill in and submit
the VI PanAmerican Workshop
Registration Form together with payment by Sunday,
April 30, 2006 for Early Registration. Any registration
received after Sunday, April 30, 2006
will be subject to Regular Registration fee. If
it becomes necessary to cancel your attendance to the conference,
you are required to submit a written statement, name, address,
phone number and email. Cancellations
before April 30, 2006 will be charged a process fee of 25% of
registration payment. Refunds will not be issued after May 31,
2006. Please make payment in US dollars only.
Please note that if we
have not received you registration payment by June 30, 2006, your
submission will be removed from the VI Panamerican Workshop Program.
If you are planning to pay for registration
at the Workshop, you need to let us know in advance via email
(panam@myth.sdsu.edu). Please be sure to bring cash or Travelers
Cheques (US currency) if you are paying for registration at the
workshop. We will not accept credit card payments at the workshop.
