Registration Information


All attendees are requested to fill in and submit the IV PanAmerican Workshop Registration Form together with payment by Wednesday, May 15, 2002 for Early Registration. Any registration received after Wednesday, May 15, 2002 will be subject to Regular Registration fee. If it becomes necessary to cancel your attendance to the conference, you are required to submit a written statement, name, address, phone number and email. Cancellations before May 31, 2002 will be charged a process fee of 25% of registration payment. Refunds will not be issued after Friday, May 31, 2002. Please make payment in US dollars only.

Argentina Residents Only must register in Argentina - please email panamiv@mate.uncor.edu for detailed information regarding registration fees.
