Qiagens handbooks online: http://www.qiagen.com/literature/handbooks/default.asp

This web site has a variety of links to help with database, handbook, methods and technique resources for Molecular & Cellular Biology: http://gateway.library.uiuc.edu/bix/biologicalliterature/molbiol.ht m

I don't know who Pedro is (except that he is assistant prof. in Lisbon) but he has put together a great site to find web links for useful programs for molecular research: http://www.public.iastate.edu/~pedro/research_tools.html(look under extras for tutorials)

Don't take the following for granted:http://www3.ncbi.nlm.nih.gov/ this site leads you to PubMed-biomedical literature that searches all recent journals and gives access to abstracts and sometimes entire papers! OMIM- Online Mendelian Inheirtance in Man- reviews all the known inherited diseases; Blast- to search sequences & compares to all known published DNA sequences.
