The program can be downloaded by clicking on the links below. Unzip and put the files in a directory for safe-keeping, read the installation instructions (README2004.rtf or README97.rtf), and then run installCDI04.exe to install the CDI Scoring program on your hard drive. PLEASE LET ME KNOW IF YOUR INSTALL PROGRAM DOES NOT WORK OR IF YOU HAVE ANY OTHER PROBLEMS! You can e-mail me at marchman@psych.stanford.edu.
