We anticipate to have this special issue published by the beginning of the year 1999.
Discussed topics include continuous/discrete treatment of linear/general Hamiltonian systems, Sturm-Liouville equations, Riccati equations, self-adjoint eigenvalue problems, and related variational analysis.
